They make it personal. My truck was towed free. After the technician diagnosed the problem. The owner Sabastian called me. And explained All the problems. Living on a fixed income he understood and helped me and gave me a 2-yr grauntee. I want allow anyone else to work on my truck. They even had to fix a problem that another shop made.
