Lead mechanic Sebastian is top notch, you can tell he cares about his craft & is always thorough with explaining the process & costs. The owner is friendly and wants to make sure things are going great for his customers. The work is always timely and done right the first time.

I called them at around 12:30 on a Saturday (they are open on Saturdays which is absolutely amazing) to get a quote on a window repair. Sebastian answered and was immediately welcoming on the phone. I am always nervous about using new businesses, but the reviews were great and after speaking to Sebastian I immediately knew I wanted these guys to work on my truck. They closed within a few hours, but told me they would take the time and get the job done! I was absolutely amazed a repair shop, that is open on Saturday’s, would make sure and take the time to get the repair done. Nicest staff and absolutely amazing to work with. I will 100% be using Rapido for any services I need on my vehicle from now on. Class A service made this such an amazing experience. These guys are absolutely great. I took my car in a few weeks ago to get a transmission mount done. For a reasonable price and quick service. I’ve been dealing with this place for years. I Recommend this place 1000 times!!!
