My car wouldn’t start, couldn’t tell what was wrong, took it into rapido and they looked at it with no hesitation and told me exactly where and what was wrong with my car. All of them had a great attitude and energy towards helping me.

I had a great experience at Rapido lube brake repairs company. This was my first trip to this establishment. I went there for an oil change and Sharon at front desk was very polite and explained the different options for syntetic oil change. The full inspection of my car was done and texted to me with clear pictures and clearly while I was there and she explained it to me. There was no pressure. My bad week had turned to even worse. My car broke down, too. Even though my head was melting, the entire staff helped to calm me down, all while expertly repairing my car. They are amazing and kind. It was our good fortune to engage with Rapido when we moved to St. Petersburg two years ago. What a comfort to me to know that our car is in the best of hands when anything goes wrong! Our latest emergency, when the ABS had to be repaired, was taken care of within two days, and Sebastian actually delivered the car to our home when it was finished.
