My car was a total mess and they transformed it into a new auto!!! Great service, wonderful explanation of work needed and why. Then showing all the old parts replaced. customer service and repair work. Again, great customer service and terrific repair work. Only place I go to with my car!

My car was on its last leg... but they transformed my car to brand new!!! A miracle achieved at a reasonable price! Sebastian, the manager is so helpful, patient in explaining to me what/why work that was needed. Then showing me all the old parts that were replaced. Only place I ever take my auto. Same with my sister and brother-in-law's cars.

Sunday my 09 VW Passat was running rough, Monday it got worse. I Googled for shop that was able to check the problem. It was Intake manifold, VW made the part out of plastic and it's a known problem. Sebastian was great to work with, explained the problem and what they would need to do, they kept car to make sure all the error codes cleared. They told me of other issues but didn't force the repairs on me.

Sebastian and team at Rapido are top notch. They did a great job on my Mercedes GL450. Highly recommended!
