Sunday my 09 VW Passat was running rough, Monday it got worse. I Googled for shop that was able to check the problem. It was Intake manifold, VW made the part out of plastic and it's a known problem. Sebastian was great to work with, explained the problem and what they would need to do, they kept car to make sure all the error codes cleared. They told me of other issues but didn't force the repairs on me.

Sebastian at Rapido was outstanding. I've never had such great and honest service. I'm always leary as I'm not super knowledgeable about cars. The communication was what someone like me wishes for and received. I will refer and go there from now on. Thank you!

Highly recommend auto repair st. Petersburg! This is the 3rd time I've used Rapido Repair. I needed an oil change , tire rotation and a battery. Sébastien the manager quickly took my car and also gave me a shuttle back home so I didn't have to wait. Honestly, the best car repair in st. Petersburg!
