Once again, complete satisfaction from the Team at Rapido. Not only did they diagnose and repair quickly (and dropped the care off in early morning and it was completed by early afternoon. Communication from Rapido was superb, not only by text and phone, but in person as well. All suggested repairs were thoroughly explained before work was done (no scare tactics), pricing was fair and outcomes were great. The Team went above and beyond to ensure a clean and safe environment during this COVID-19 challenge. This is service at it's finest My wife and I thank you for your honesty, integrity, and skills. If you have never been to Rapido, you MUST try them. In my opinion, you will be happy you did.

I was having a couple different issues with my car. I was greeted promptly and the manager was very helpful with answering my questions and getting my car looked at within 15 mins. The waiting area is very comfortable and very clean. The prices are very fair and reasonable.

I no longer live near Rapido, but I still get my vehicle serviced there. It's worth the extra time to drive there because they are always on point and efficient! Sebstian, has always gone over and beyond for me and my car! I had an issue on my way to work one day and pulled up to Rapido 30 minutes before they opened. Sebastian pulls in early and immediately attended to my car. I did not have an appointment, yet I was treated like I was an important customer! My car was fixed quickly and I made it to work on time. Over and Beyond!!!
