Have always been taken care of by all the staff very well. Any and everything I need I'm given and or told about my cars have brought there to be service.

I have used Rapido to service my vehicles for the last 3 I have owned. You will not get more honest courteous service anywhere. They greet me by name when I arrive and always get me in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend them. Outstanding service and knowledge. They set the standard!

I've used Rapido several times. My car is getting old and has frequent issues. Rapido has never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. The staff is personable. The service is relatively prompt. They've never needed to keep my car for more than 24 hours. The waiting room is comfortable with a TV and free coffee! My brother also uses them very often as he is a used car dealer. I would recommend them to my friends for sure

We depend on our company car to get to our Commercial and Residential clients safely and on time. A few months ago one of the folks at Rapido came to our office for a laptop repair. We talked about his auto service center and he mentioned he provides an extra service for commercial clients near his shop. Not only did they provide same day fast service they came to our office to pick up our company car and dropped it off. I had asked for a Oil change but, thankfully they did a inspection and it was time to rotate the tires, change the wiper blades and clean the AC filters. Knowledgeable, friendly, fast and clean waiting room. They go over options with you and sont try to hard sell anything or push you into anything you aren't expecting. Very impressed with this place. I will definitely go back.

First time i’ve every gotten out of a repair shop this fast. I explained the circumstances about needing to be at work by 9:30am and was actually finished by 8:30am so I was an hour early for work. Truly appreciate the amazing service and now I have decided to make this my repair shop for life.
