The guys are really nice here. My friend over filed her oil and they immediately helped us with the issue and drained the oil it so we could get back to work quickly while we were on it lunch break.

Sebastian has been taking care of my cars over the years. I trust him so much with my car that I go out of my way to come in when he is at work. I don’t know how this place would work without him there. Always a great experience when I go in when he’s there. Only reason I come to Rapido is because of Sebastian. He explains everything that is needed and stuff that can wait and I never felt pressured to get anything that didn’t need to be replaced. 5 stars and will be coming in like always with my cars. Love this shop. As a single female I always hate the idea of car repairs. They always take time to explain things to me and give me options. Never pressure. I always leave a little more knowledgeable and satisfied. They seem fair, honest and thorough. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a place to take their car.

Great place and very efficient

Really great place! I was there for about 20-25 minutes, did my oil change. They also topped off all my fluids and such, and they noticed my air filter was WAY overdue for replacement. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Also, they usually have coupons on their website, print it out and bring it in! I got $7 off and a ranger ($5 worth) car wash code for Mt. Washmore right across the street!

Excellent service in a timely fashon

Had an amazing experience. Sebastian helped me with a prepurchase inspection and later to tune the car up. Easily seen that there is a great eye for detail and everything was explained to me very well so even I could understand everything going on. Wouldn't trust anywhere else with my car from now on.

The employees at this location were very friendly and my oil was changed quickly. I was informed without pressure about a needed maintenance procedure for my new truck. I chose to not have it done there due to the fact it is still under warranty with the dealership and I received no bad attitude. They installed a new air filter for me for free and gave me a code for a free car wash from a car wash that is located directly across the street. The oil change was very reaonably priced for thw Mobil 1 Full Synthetic oil that was used. The employees are very pleasant... They smile and act like they don't mind working. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had at a drop in oil change establishment. I will be using them again.
