Sebastian and team does great honest work on vehicles. They have kept my 06 ram running great for almost 8 years now. Finding honest auto mechanics now a days is difficult, however here at Rapido its a no brainer. The team does a great job and always informs me of my next maintenance. My experience at rapido was very satisfying. i went in for an oil change they provided very good customer service and showed me things on my car that need to be replaced asap as well as down the road. My experience at Rapido was awesome. They changed my oil in record time, showed me my air filter, which was filthy and changed it. They didn't pressure me for anything else. The staff and management is phenomenal. The building was clean and smelt great. I highly recommend it. Plus Alex is a great cleaner.

I was calling a lot of different shops trying to get a quote on a rather difficult question and was amazed at how helpful and friendly Sebastian was in not only finding the right answer to my problem, but also at finding the best price. I really felt that he sincerely wanted to help me, go the extra mile, and insure a positive customer experience so that I will return again and again. Sebastian is wonderful! I called because I thought I needed new brakes come to find out I actually did replace them recently! Hahaha. Typical girl. Sebastian was honest and even checked out my front brakes. Asked if I had any concerns and even helped fix my back bumper - free of charge, mind you because he couldn’t get it back together to perfection. He explained to me what could have happened to it etc. these guys were all awesome. All of them friendly. And the waiting area was clean! This will definitely be who I go to for anything I need in the future with my car. Again, friendly & honest :)

I have been coming here for about 15 years or more (a few years in the old location ) . I work in outside sales and both Roberto and Sebastian understand my needs and what's important to me. Whether it be a new filter, wipers, tires, transmission flush. .you name it, they keep track of my vehicles needs! Recently we tried a heavier oil to see if that would be more efficient. .they are willing to answer all of my "girl " questions so that I understand! ! Take your vehicle here for a very fast oil change and you'll keep coming back. ! They also clean your windshield and leave you a present! They really do care.....
