They replaced a part on my truck that was working fine, then in the prosses they broke a part, that was to be used on the new part, and what I was quoted they charged me over $200.00 more.. And the problem I went in for was still obvious,,.. Then they told me I needed new tires, which Goodyear inspected my tires said my tires were fine, also they told me my altinator was bad,, went to wills altinator shop they said it was working just fine, also rapido said my brakes were about gone,, had them inspected by just brakes, again my brakes are fine .. Be careful they will replace parts that don't need replace. I'm in the process of getting an attorney, also contacting the BBB. And the news media..
Hi Charles I am so sorry for this misunderstanding. I should have explain my self better. After the Inicial Inspection of your truck (you were present). I found that not only the power steering pump was making noise but also the pulley was rumbling( I used the stethoscope). I gave you I quote to replace both parts the powers steering pump and the pulley next to it. You decline the replacement of the pulley. I blame my self for not making it clear enough that both parts needed to be replace. I knew you were not happy when you got the truck back that's why I decided to give you the pulley installation at the cost of parts and labor the shop was not going to make any money only the tech. We even had bought the pulley. We were waiting for you to come the weekend after to replace it . If there any thing I can do for you call me at work. Roberto S. Owner
